My Story
In March of 2020, at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic I, like many others, was laid off from my job in the hospitality industry. I was able to learn and grow so much in my position as Food and Beverage Manager and realized one of my passions was coffee. After almost a year of planning and thought, I have decided to launch Red Oak Coffee Company. For now, I am starting small and producing coffee syrups under the Cottage Food Law Ordinance in Minnesota. Eventually, I will have a food truck and mobile coffee shop. But for now, I am making coffee syrup flavors that I love and hope you do too!
